The most efficient way to ask for support is to email your question to support at westryn.net (make the usual substitutions in the address). We monitor our email constantly during business hours, and most of the rest of the time, too. We'll respond to you as quickly as humanly possible.
In Case of Emergency
If we haven't responded to your email quickly enough, or if you think our server farm has exploded and disappeared from the face of the earth, give us a call at 970-325-4336, 24 x 7 x 365 (or 366). If a human doesn't answer your call, leave a message, and we'll be paged immediately. We're a small company, so if your problem isn't really an emergency, please email us instead - even geeks need sleep.
